We may not have a shower, but we can now wash our stinky clothes. This will be a common sight for our neighbour, unfortunately. But the scent and special scratchiness of outside-dried laundry cannot be duplicated. Thank you, sun!

I do love air-dried clothes much better, though.
I think your neighbor can get over it, considering the massive hulk of a house he has next to you. It’d be nice if your view on his side was only drying clothes, and not that wall.
I think laundry drying outside is a perfect centenary post – it’s a classic way to avoid using electricity to do something the sun can do.
